Forms You May Need
You should keep your mortgage documents together in a safe place that is easily accessed so they are handy when you need them.This can be important as you deal with your lender or servicer to resolve your difficulties successfully.It would be helpful to try to assemble as many of these documents as possible:
 
         Legal documents
        Documents from your closing
         Mortgage
         Note
         Settlement Statement (HUD-1)
         Title Policy
         Application
         Deed

–All letters from lenders, servicers, and attorneys

–Copies of all letters you may have sent to the servicer or attorney

-Notes, including name, date, and time, from all conversations you have had with the servicer, any attorneys and anyone else you may have spoken with regarding your mortgage.

         Documents that substantiate your income
        Tax Returns
        Pay stubs
        Deposit slips
         Documents that show your monthly expenses
        Monthly bills
        Car payments
        Alimony or child support
        Other expenses
         Documents that show how much money or other property you have
        Bank statements
        Retirement plan statements
        Brokerage statements
        Year, make and model of your cars
