• Note

• Settlement Statement (HUD-1)

• Title Policy

• Application

• Deed
– All letters from lenders, servicers, and attorneys

– Copies of all letters you may have sent to the servicer or attorney

– Notes, including name, date, and time, from all conversations you have had with the servicer, any attorneys, and anyone else you may have spoken with regarding your mortgage

• Documents that substantiate your income

– Tax Returns

• Pay stubs

–Deposit slips

• Documents that show your monthly expenses

– Monthly bills

– Car payments

–Alimony or child support

– Other expenses

• Documents that show how much money or other property you have

–Bank statements

– Retirement plan statements

– Brokerage statements

– Year, make and model of your cars
